My item is faulty, what do i do?

Just head over to our contact us page, drop us a message and with your Order ID number and we will arrange a replacement

How do I return an item?

You have 14 days to return item an item unopened in its original packaging, if you wish to return and item head over to the contact us page and let us know your Order ID and we will arrange the return

When will I receive my refund?

Please allow upto 5 working days to arrive from the time you receive your approval email
